Returns

Please note that the item must be new and unused, with all the original accessories, free gifts, packaging and manufacturing seals intact to be eligible for a full refund. Please note that we are unable to refund any delivery or postage costs incurred. Any device or product once opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Trade needle based products cannot be returned.
