Yes. Lumineo is UKCA and CE certified, meaning it meets the strict safety standards required for devices used in the UK and EU. This is very similar to FDA but FDA clearance is only relevant for devices sold in the United States. In the UK and Europe, CE and UKCA certification is the gold standard that ensures both effectiveness and safety for clinics and at-home users.

Only use products designed for LED therapy, such as our light-permeable sheet masks. Standard serums and creams can block or interfere with the light. You can use these after your LED session.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days to return your item(s). Please note that the item must be new and unused, with all the original accessories, free gifts, packaging and manufacturing seals intact to be eligible for a full refund. Please note that we are unable to refund any delivery or postage costs incurred. Any device or product once opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Trade needle based products cannot be returned.
